Casa Mutina Modena is located in the heart of the historical centre of the city: this beautiful setting is extremely significant from the point of view of its historical and urban evolution and has a fascinating medieval atmosphere. The interiors have been designed by Copenhagen-based practice OEO Studio, in collaboration with Mutina’s Project Division, who were responsible for the new spatial planning and architectural detailing that provided for a more contemporary context, while at the same time preserving the authenticity and architecture of the building.
Casa Mutina Modena is the first tangible expression of the project Mutina Interiors: the new space comes to life thanks to a combination of colours, textures and materials, showing how to use all the collections of the brand in a transversal way. Furthermore, it is a residence for guests and Mutina staff.
The structure features four guest suites, each of which follows a different colour theme and mood-board with different materials, while being true to Mutina’s ambiance throughout all the spaces. The environments aim to enhance the creative potential of the ceramic collections, here placed side by side with wooden and metal elements, paints and furnishing accessories like those from Accents, Margherita Paints and The Cylinder Glass ranges.
