Fondant with orange

Preparation: 15 min
Cooking time: 20 min
 
Ingredients (serves 6):
5-7 organic oranges
175 g flour
175 g caster sugar
175 g of softened butter
3 eggs
85 g icing sugar
1/2 packet of yeast

Preparation:
Soften the butter. Add the sugar and beat.
Add eggs one by one and then the flour and yeast.
Grate zests of 2 oranges and add 1 orange juice.
Pour into mini silicon molds.
Bake for 20 min at 170 °C.
Mix the icing sugar with the juice of 3 oranges.
Turn the mini cakes and pour the juice over them while still warm. Let soak.
