Les Mains à l'Argile / Productions récentes
Ronan Bouroullec
Inaugurated on June 22nd, respectively at the Galerie du Canon in Toulon and Villa Noailles in Hyères, Les Main à l'Argile (The hands in the clay) and Productions récentes (Recent productions) are the two exhibition projects which compete the triptych realised by Ronan Bouroullec in collaboration with Villa Noailles, presented within the programme of the new edition of Design Parade.
Following Daily Drawings, the first exhibition which has been shown at the Hôtel des Arts in March and April 2023, Les Main à l'Argile and Productions récentes recount the designer’s approach to ceramics through a wide range of recent creations, unique pieces and limited editions. The selection includes bas-reliefs, new collections of vases and abstract sculptures, made exclusively of ceramic material.
Mutina is proud of having supported the project by providing the collections realised by Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec. In fact, the display of Villa Noailles has been developed with Pico in the Natural Satin variant, while the Galerie du Canon made great use of Bloc bricks in the Natural colour and covered an entire wall with the Rombini Triangle elements in Vert. Furthermore, a complete set of Rombini Vases has been exhibited.
