We are glad to announce that the exhibition Campo di Marte by Nathalie Du Pasquier, which took place at Rome-based MACRO Museum from February to June 2021, is now held at MRAC (Musée Régional D’art Contemporain Occitanie) in Serignan. It’s her first great solo-show hosted at a French museum, where it will be open to the public until September 26th 2022.
The installation features the Mattonelle Margherita collection, whose elements play a central role by taking over three different functions: they have been used to create a display for the ceramics designed by the artist, to build a room made of only ceramic modules and, lastly, to cover a wall as a mural.
Natalie’s approach to the space is all-encompassing. She provides an overview of her work where the projects are rethought within a constant dialogue between each other, as well as in relation with the box that contains them.
