On the occasion of Arte Fiera Bologna 2023, from February 3rd to 5th, Mutina inaugurated its first collaboration with publishing firm Mousse.
Mutina x Mousse will created a multifunctional space in which art, ceramics, design and books come together, offering to the fair visitors an immersive experience, remarkable for its intertwining of multifaceted languages. Realised with the three-dimensional elements of Bloc by Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec, the pop-up aimed at being a meeting point, a space for dialogue, where to deepen into the brands, their products and creative spirits.
The project has drawn inspiration from the ziggurat stepped structures, ancient buildings that have been used to fulfill multiple functions – repositories, fortresses, astronomical observatories, temples –, whose special pyramid form, with its overlapping terraces, proved to be the ideal architecture for an engaging display.
